Now Hear This! Acura Recall

Yesterday American Honda issued a recall on 2003-2004 Honda Odyssey minivans and 2003 Acura MDX crossover SUVs for malfunctioning SRS airbag systems.
Which Acura models are affected by the recall?
2003 model year Acura MDX crossover SUVs. 2003-2004 model year Honda Odyssey minivans are affected too.
What causes the SRS control unit problem?
Electrical interference may cause SRS malfunction and cause airbags to deploy unexpectedly (not in a crash).
Are there any known accidents attributed to the defect?
At this time, no known accidents have been reported attributing to the defect.
What do I do if my car is one of those affected?
Honda/Acura will be notifying all owners affected by the recall starting in late October 2013. To remedy the problem, Honda/Acura technicians will install an electrical noise filter adjacent to the SRS control unit free of charge.
